5. Quality of Work

The Transcriber agrees to provide a level of quality that is acceptable within the industry standards for transcription services. In the event of a dispute over the quality of work, the Transcriber agrees to correct the disputed work at no additional cost to the Client.

6. Confidentiality

The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of this contract and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this contract.

7. Termination

8. Indemnification
