SOCIAL MEDIA VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AGREEMENT
This Social Media Virtual Assistant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between _____________ (the “Client”), and _____________ (the “VA”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.1. SERVICES

In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, then either Party may submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration.9. GOVERNING LAW
