SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT



This Social Media Management Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this __ day of __________, 20__ (the “Effective Date”), by and between ______________________(“Client”), and ______________________(“Manager”).

SCOPE OF WORK



The Manager agrees to perform the services (the “Services”) listed in this section: The Manager will manage the Client’s social media profiles and presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google+. The Services include but are not limited to: 1. Developing a social media strategy to increase the Client’s visibility and traffic across all major platforms. 2. Creating, curating, and managing published content (images, video, and written). 3. Monitoring trends in social media, tools, applications, design, and strategy. 4. Creating and managing promotions and social ad campaigns. 5. Analyzing key metrics and tweaking strategy as needed.

PAYMENT



The Client agrees to pay the Manager ______________ per month. Payments are due on the first day of each calendar month. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.

CONFIDENTIALITY



The Manager agrees not to disclose any confidential information pertaining to the Client’s business, including but not limited to its customers, suppliers, or trade secrets. This clause remains in effect even after termination of the Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS



All content and materials developed by the Manager under this Agreement, including social media accounts, posts, graphics, and other related materials, will be the sole property of the Client. The Manager agrees to provide all necessary support to secure such rights for the Client.

TERM OF AGREEMENT



This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of ___________ unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the termination clause outlined in this Agreement.

TERMINATION



Either party may terminate this Agreement with ___________ days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for the payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination.
