ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Room Rental Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is entered into and made effective as of [Date] by and between the following parties: [Landlord’s Full Legal Name] hereinafter referred to as “Landlord,” and [Tenant’s Full Legal Name], hereinafter referred to as “Tenant.”TERMS OF AGREEMENT
