ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this [DATE] by and between [FULL NAME OF LANDLORD], hereinafter referred to as “Landlord,” and [FULL NAME OF TENANT], hereinafter referred to as “Tenant.”
1. PREMISES
The Landlord rents to the Tenant and the Tenant rents from the Landlord, the premises located at [FULL ADDRESS OF RENTAL PROPERTY], Alaska. The premises will be used for residential purposes only.
2. TERM
The initial term of this Agreement will begin on [START DATE] and will end on [END DATE]. Thereafter, the Agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis until either the Landlord or the Tenant terminate this Agreement with written notice.
3. RENT

8. DEFAULT
If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations, Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to Tenant.
9. PETS
No pets will be allowed on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
10. QUIET ENJOYMENT
Tenant shall conduct himself, and require other persons on the Premises with Tenant’s consent, to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb others’ peaceful enjoyment of the Premises.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
