THIS RENT TO RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent To Rent Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this ______ day of _______, 20____ (the “Effective Date”), by and between _______________, (the “Landlord”), and _____________, (the “Tenant”).

1. PROPERTY

The Landlord rents to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord, the premises located at _________. The premises will be used for residential purposes only.

2. TERM

The initial term of this Lease begins on ________, 20_____, and ends on ________, 20_____. Landlord and Tenant may extend this lease for additional terms of one year or less upon the mutual agreement of both parties.

3. RENT

Tenant agrees to pay $______ per month, due on the 1st day of each calendar month.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon the due execution of this Agreement, Tenant will deposit with Landlord the sum of $______ as security for Tenant’s faithful performance of his obligations under this Lease.

8. DEFAULT

If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Premises, Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to Tenant.

9. TERMINATION

Upon termination of this Agreement, Tenant will return the Premises and all property of Landlord in a clean and good condition.

10. GOVERNING LAW
