OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT
This Occupancy Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this ___ day of ___, 20___ (the “Effective Date”), by and between ______________________, a Minnesota corporation with its principal office at ______________________ (the “Landlord”), and ______________________, a Minnesota resident with a primary residence at ______________________ (the “Occupant”).
1. PREMISES

2. TERM

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota. Any disputes under this agreement will be handled in the courts of Minnesota.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
