9. QUIET ENJOYMENTOccupant shall conduct himself, and require other persons on the Premises with Occupant’s consent, to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb others’ peaceful enjoyment of the Premises.
10. INDEMNIFICATIONOccupant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from any actions, claims or disputes involving Occupant.
11. GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and no promises or representations, other than those contained here and those implied by law, have been made by Landlord or Occupant.
