If Occupant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Property, Property Owner may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to Occupant.9. TERMINATION
Upon termination of this Agreement, Occupant will return the Property and all property of Property Owner in a clean and good condition.10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.12. AMENDMENT
This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.
