8. QUIET ENJOYMENTOccupant shall conduct himself, and require other persons on the Premises with Occupant’s consent, to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb others’ peaceful enjoyment of the Premises.
9. GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Hawaii.
10. COMPLIANCE WITH HAWAII LAWThe Owner and Occupant agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the state of Hawaii, including but not limited to the Hawaii Residential Landlord-Tenant Code, Chapter 521 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. OWNER:
