1. Lease Agreement
This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) made and entered into this _____ day of _______, 20_____, by and between ________________________________________ (hereinafter “Landlord”), and ______________________________________ (hereinafter “Tenant(s)”).

13. Dispute Resolution
In the event a dispute arises between the parties relating to this Lease, the parties agree to attempt to resolve such dispute through mediation before resorting to litigation.
14. Entire Agreement
This Lease contains the complete agreement between Landlord and Tenant and cannot be changed or terminated orally.
