1. Parties

This Agreement is made on [Date] between [Client’s Full Name or Company Name] with its principal place of business located at [Client’s Full Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, and [Virtual Assistant’s Full Name or Company Name] located at [Virtual Assistant’s Full Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Virtual Assistant” or “Contractor”.

2. Scope of Services

The Contractor agrees to provide Email Management & Customer Service Virtual Assistance services to the Client, which includes but not limited to: managing the Client’s email accounts, sorting and prioritizing emails, responding to customer inquiries, providing customer support, scheduling appointments, and other related tasks requested by the Client.

3. Performance of Services

The Contractor agrees to perform the services with professionalism, care, skill, and diligence. The Contractor will use her/his best efforts to provide the services in accordance with the timings and deadlines agreed with the Client. The Contractor will communicate regularly with the Client and keep the Client informed of progress on the assigned tasks.

4. Confidentiality

The Contractor agrees to keep all information obtained during the provision of the services confidential and not to disclose any information to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Client. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer lists, marketing plans, financial information, and other proprietary information.

5. Compensation

For the services rendered by the Contractor as required by this Agreement, the Client will compensate the Contractor on a [hourly, weekly, monthly] basis, at a rate of [Amount in $] per [hour, week, month]. The Contractor will invoice the Client for services rendered and the Client agrees to pay the invoice within [Number of Days] of receipt.

6. Term and Termination
