REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

INSPECTIONS AND REPAIRS

Buyer shall have the right, at Buyer’s expense, to have the Property inspected. Seller shall allow Buyer and Buyer’s agents access to the Property at reasonable times for the purpose of such inspections.

DEFAULT

If Buyer fails to comply with this Agreement, then Seller may retain, as liquidated damages, the earnest money deposit. If Seller fails to comply with this Agreement, then the earnest money deposit shall be refunded to Buyer.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings of the parties.
