**CONTRACT FOR DEED**
THIS AGREEMENT made this ___ day of ___, 20___, by and between ________________________, hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”, whose address is ________________________, and _______________________, hereinafter referred to as “BUYER”, whose address is ________________________.
**1. DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES:** The SELLER agrees to sell and the BUYER agrees to buy the following described real estate in Wyoming, together with all improvements located thereupon, hereinafter referred to as the “Property”:
