POSSESSION

DEFAULT
In the event of any default by the Purchaser under this Agreement, the Seller may, at its option, declare the entire balance of the purchase price immediately due and payable.
RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss or damage to the Property will be borne by the Purchaser from the date of execution of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
