THIS AGREEMENT made this

Seller grants, sells and conveys to Buyer the following real property in the state of South Carolina,

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina.
