1. SALE AND PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
The SELLER agrees to sell and the PURCHASER agrees to purchase the property located at

3. POSSESSION AND DEED
Purchaser will take possession of the Property on the date of closing. SELLER shall deliver a deed to the Property to PURCHASER upon full payment of the purchase price.
4. TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS
All taxes and assessments levied against the Property which are due and payable shall be prorated as of the date of this Agreement.
5. DEFAULT
If the PURCHASER defaults and fails to comply with the provisions of this agreement, the SELLER may, at SELLER’s option, declare the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
8. BINDING EFFECT
This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
