CONTRACT FOR DEED
THIS AGREEMENT, made this

1. PURCHASE AND SALE:
Seller agrees to sell and convey to Buyer and Buyer agrees to buy from Seller the property and improvements located at

2. PURCHASE PRICE:
The total purchase price to be paid by Buyer to Seller for the property is

3. PAYMENT TERMS:
The payment terms are as follows:

4. POSSESSION AND OCCUPANCY:

5. TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS:

Upon payment of the purchase price, Seller agrees to deliver to Buyer a good and sufficient General Warranty Deed conveying the property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except as otherwise provided in this contract.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
11. AMENDMENTS:
This contract may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed by both Seller and Buyer.
12. BINDING EFFECT:
This contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
