THIS CONTRACT FOR DEED (the “Contract”) made and entered into this

RECITALS
WHEREAS, Seller is the lawful owner of the property described in Schedule A attached hereto (the “Property”);
WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase the Property from Seller and Seller desires to sell the Property to Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Seller and the Buyer agree as follows:
1. PROPERTY
Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy the Property legally described in
Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
2. PURCHASE PRICE
The total purchase price for the Property is

3. PAYMENT

6. TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS
All taxes, assessments, and other charges imposed by any governmental authority that are levied or assessed against the Property shall be paid by Buyer.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Contract.
