This Commercial Rooftop Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into this ________ day of ________, 20______ (the “Effective Date”), by and between ___________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”), and ___________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”).

5. Use of Premises
