THIS AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this __day__ of __month__, __year__ (the “Commencement Date”), by and between __landlord/property owner’s name__ (hereinafter “Landlord”), and __tenant’s business name__ (hereinafter “Tenant”).
PREMISES
The Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord the premises located at __property address__. The premises will be used for __type of business__.
TERM
The initial term of this Lease will begin on __start date__, and will end on __end date__. Thereafter, the Lease will continue on a month-to-month basis until either Landlord or Tenant terminate this Lease with written notice.
RENT

If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Premises, Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing written notice to Tenant.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
