THIS COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
This Commercial Lease Agreement (“Lease”) made and entered into this day of [Date] (the “Effective Date”), is by and between [Landlord’s Full Legal Name] (the “Landlord”), and [Tenant’s Full Legal Name] (the “Tenant”).
1. PREMISES
The Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord the premises located at [Address of the Property]. The Premises will be used for [Specific Use]. No other portion of the Building will be used by Tenant without the written consent of Landlord.
2. TERM

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Lease contains the complete understanding between Landlord and Tenant and cannot be changed or terminated except by a written agreement signed by Landlord and Tenant.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Lease will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
