THIS LEASE AGREEMENT

This lease agreement (“Lease”) is made as of the [DATE], by and between [LANDLORD’S LEGAL NAME] (“Landlord”), and [TENANT’S LEGAL NAME] (“Tenant”).

PREMISES

Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord, the premises located at [COMPLETE ADDRESS], together with any personal property located thereon (collectively, the “Premises”). The Premises will be used for [SPECIFIC USE] purposes.

TERM

INSURANCE

DEFAULT

If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Lease or of any present rules and regulations, Landlord may terminate this Lease upon providing proper notice to Tenant.

GOVERNING LAW

This Lease is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine.
