COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is made and entered into this __ day of ____, 20__ (the “Effective Date”) by and between ____ (hereinafter “Landlord”), and ____ (hereinafter “Tenant”).
1. PREMISES

2. TERM
