COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT

Tenant will not assign this Lease, or sublet or grant any concession or license to use the Premises or any part of the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent. 8.Default
If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Lease, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Premises, Landlord may terminate this Lease upon providing proper notice to Tenant. 9.Governing Law
This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. 10.Entire Agreement
This Lease contains the complete agreement between Landlord and Tenant and cannot be changed except by written agreement.
