10. Insurance
Sublessee is responsible for having sufficient insurance to cover all personal property located on the Premises. Sublessor will not be liable for any loss of Sublessee’s personal property.
11. Default
If Sublessee fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Premises, Sublessor may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to Sublessee.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of ____________.
13. Entire Agreement
